Secure, Locking Tote Transportation for LTL Shipments
A secure locking plastic tote (accommodating 200 tapes or drives) is shipped to your site. Each tote includes four 50 pack shipping boxes, removal straps, packing material, two locks, and two tie bands along with return shipping information. Tub dimensions are 28” (L) x 20 ½ (W) x 14 ½ (H) and weigh approximately 125 lbs. each when fully loaded.
Upon return shipment to our secure facility, Archive Data will confirm the receipt by sending a photograph of the unbroken band. You will then receive a full audit of the contents of each tote.
No minimum required.
Dedicated Door-to-Door Service with GPS Tracking
A two-driver team using a dedicated truck with bonded and insured Archive Data Solutions personnel is transported non-stop, door-to-door service with no cross docking.
Trucks are locked, banded, and GPS enabled. Banded serial number will be provided to customer at pickup and a photograph of the unbroken band will be emailed to the customer upon arrival at our secure facility. Drivers check in with the customer at predetermined intervals during transport.
Cargo is under constant surveillance by Archive Data Solutions personnel. No contract or outsourced labor is involved.
Minimum quantities may apply.
Cost Effective Door-to-Door Service
Similar to our White Glove Transport, however the transportation is secured for us by an approved third-party logistics company. Cargo items are transported non-stop, point-to-point with no cross docking.
Trucks are locked and banded. Banded serial number will be provided to customer at pickup and a photograph of the unbroken band will be emailed to the customer upon arrival at our secure facility.
Additional monitoring service is available whereby Archive Data Solutions employees monitor the transport with GPS enabled equipment.

White Glove Service with Teeth!
Similar to our White Glove Transport with the addition of one or more armed, ex-military personnel that accompany the shipment for the added security required of your most critical of needs.
A two-driver team, along with one or more armed escorts, using a dedicated truck with bonded and insured Archive Data Solutions personnel is transported non-stop, door-to-door service with no cross docking.
Trucks are locked, banded, and GPS enabled. Banded serial number will be provided to customer at pickup and a photograph of the unbroken band will be emailed to the customer upon arrival at our secure facility. Drivers check in with the customer at predetermined intervals during transport.
